See the time behind the process.

Review stage duration and interviewer assignments before committing everyone’s calendars. Generate hiring materials from intake to reduce repeated drafting and preparation.

Fewer unnecessary panel hours and less manual work can lower the cost of running your process.

One fewer interviewer saves one team-hour in this example. Staffing should follow assessment needs; this is not a customer savings result.

Give candidates fewer reasons to disengage.

A generated Candidate Packet explains the role and interview stages before the first conversation. A focused plan helps avoid repeated questions and unexpected rounds.

Clear expectations and less friction can help reduce candidate drop-off and support a more considerate experience.

Before you get started.

Who uses Yogen, and what do candidates receive?

Recruiters and hiring managers define the role and plan the process together. Interviewers use the prepared questions, guidance, and practice tools. Talent leaders use audits and shared hiring work to support consistency.

Candidates can receive a role-specific Candidate Packet and use the public preparation library. They do not need a Yogen account to read a shared PDF or access public resources.

What is generated, and what does our team decide?

Intake supplies the context for job descriptions, sourcing strings, interview questions, and role documents. Your team defines requirements and stages, reviews AI suggestions, checks generated content, and decides what to use.

Co-Pilot is a browser-based aid for notes and guidance, not an AI recording or transcription service. Yogen’s AI is advisory and is not intended to make final employment decisions.

How do access, privacy, and administration work?

Yogen runs in your browser. Organizations manage membership, roles, seats, and billing. Optional authenticator-based multi-factor authentication and session controls are available.

AI-assisted features send feature-specific context to managed AI services for processing. Co-Pilot notes stay in browser memory and disappear on reload, navigation, or tab closure unless copied elsewhere.
